In the event that you wish to return or exchange any of the products in your order, this is possible within 14 days of the issue of your receipt/invoice (all products must be returned in their original condition, unused and undamaged damages and that no label has been removed) by completing this return form and sending it together with the returned products to the above address. In order for your return to be completed successfully, the product must be in its original condition as determined by the store’s quality control.

In case of exchange-return of a product purchased with an invoice, the item to be returned must be accompanied by a shipping note with the information on which the original invoice was issued, so that we can proceed with the processing of your request.

Return costs are borne by the customer.

In case you send the package with recipient charge, the shipping costs will be charged to the new order or will be deducted from the customer’s account in case of credit for future purchases. The amount that concerns our cooperating courier companies is €2.99 – €4.99 depending on the distance, while if you send it with another courier, the amount charged by the store upon receipt of the package will be deducted.

Along with the products, you should include in the package:

1) purchase receipt

2) the form completed and completed if you wish to EXCHANGE OR CREDIT

3) Pack the products in the new packaging contained in the original package.

If you choose CREDIT, the amount corresponding to the returned products will be credited to your name at our store after consultation at info@evosport.gr so that you can use it in your next purchases.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for the following: Underwear, socks,.

All products must be returned in their original condition, unused, undamaged and with no tags removed.

Shoes must be in their original box in perfect condition and unused.

It is not allowed to paste labels and packing tapes on the shoe box

If the returned product boxes are damaged, the return will NOT be accepted.

Changes to cufflinks cannot be made.

One-piece swimsuits and bikini bottoms should be tried on over the underwear, without removing the protective adhesive tape. For hygiene reasons if this tape has been removed or if the items are soiled, returns will not be accepted and the products will be returned to the customer.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:

Products that have been damaged upon receipt or that have a manufacturing fault within (1) month from the date of purchase are classified as defective. Products that show damage due to use and wear are not considered defective. Anything with an obvious manufacturing defect will be replaced with the same product, as long as it is available, otherwise the customer can choose any other item they wish. However, our store reserves the right in case of disputed complaints, to return the products to the manufacturer for inspection, so that to clarify whether the complaint is genuine. The user will be informed about the progress of his complaint. Where possible, our store will repair the defective product.
